The Art of Becoming with Support
Our clinicians are unique and have a wide range of specialties and experiences. Together we make up The Art of Becoming. Each clinician is operating as their own private practice within the umbrella of The Art of Becoming.
THERAPIST
Julie Kittredge, LPC, CIMHP
I work with women and couples to rediscover their strength and identity, restore lost parts, and untangle from relational patterns that are not working. You may be dealing with a difficult marriage, anger and resentment, hurt from the church, relentless anxiety, unprocessed grief, feeling like you're trapped, or struggling with unspoken shadows of the past. I walk with clients as we untangle from confusion and overwhelm to find clarity, strength, and meaning that feel hard to access right now. We can make sense of what doesn’t make sense by building new paths towards yourself and your relationships in ways that feel authentic and safe.
I’m also certified to work with clients who are seeking an integrative and natural approach to address anxiety and depression issues through a gut health/brain health assessment and treatment plan. More details are available on my website.
THERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Lindy Pearson, LPC + Supervisor
I believe that which has been wounded in relationship must be healed in relationship. In order for your true self to emerge it must be witnessed. Just as our deepest glory must be held, so too must our wounds. In these places we will engage a posture of curiosity of how those wounds have impacted your style of relating and the ways you have had to adapt to cope.
My passion is to partner with you and listen attentively to the circumstances where glory has thrived, and also where it has been impaired. Together we will journey through the terrain that is your life, both historic and current, to explore where you have been left silenced and alone.
We will go deeper than behavioral patterns to uncover & recover the meaning that is consciously & unconsciously evoked in your daily life. It is in this sacred space where the work of discovering your truest self emerges. By exploring the root beneath the emotions we can engage deeper, more meaningful transformation.
THERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
CJ Rithner, LPC + Supervisor
I specialize in working with teens and their families, men's issues, and couples. I believe transformative work happens when relational vulnerability is matched with unwavering relational security. Through deeply relational care and attunement to your unique needs, you will gain insight into how your individual stories highlight fears of being unheard or unseen, which in turn impact how you are showing up in relationship with yourself, others, family, or a partner.
